These terms apply to everything bought through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

Haus of Crumbs is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added and none is included. The price shown is the whole price of the goods. Shipping of R0 is added once per order at checkout, and nothing else is added after that.

All prices are in South African Rand. We do not issue tax invoices, because a business that is not VAT registered may not — you receive an ordinary invoice, which is a valid record of the purchase.

Prices can change without notice, but never after you have paid: the price you paid is the price of your order.

A listing on this site is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order becomes a contract when we accept it, which is when your payment clears and we confirm it.

Very occasionally we may not be able to accept an order — stock that has run out, a size that cannot actually be made, or a listing that was wrong. In that case we tell you and refund you in full. We do not quietly substitute something else.

The Consumer Protection Act allows a supplier to decline an order where a price was obviously and materially wrong. If a listing shows a manifold at a fraction of its real price, that is an error rather than a bargain, and we will contact you and refund rather than ship.

Payment is taken through PayFast, by card or Instant EFT. Card details are entered on PayFast's system — they never reach this website, and we never see them.

Nothing is made, sourced or reserved until payment clears. An unpaid order stays on file and can be paid for from its order page whenever you are ready, but it does not hold stock.

Custom fabrication is quoted per project. A quote is based on what you tell us about the vehicle, engine, turbo and application, and holds for the period stated on it.

• Work starts once the quote is accepted and payment terms are agreed. Nothing is cut before that.
• If what is actually required turns out to differ from what was described — a different engine bay, a turbo that does not match, clearances that were not mentioned — the quote may need to change. You are told before any additional work is done, never afterwards.
• Lead times for custom work are estimates given honestly. Fabrication is not a production line, and a job occasionally takes longer. You are kept informed.
• Custom work is built to your specification, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it is faulty or does not match what was agreed, it is covered in full.

Performance and motorsport parts are sold for fitting by someone competent to fit them. Exhaust and turbo components run extremely hot and carry pressure, and a badly fitted part is dangerous.

Where compatibility is stated, it is stated in good faith from what we know of the application. Vehicles get modified, and two cars with the same badge are not always the same underneath — so the final check that a part suits your build is yours. Ask before ordering if you are not certain; that conversation is free and a return is not.

Fitting a performance part may affect your vehicle's roadworthiness, its licensing, its emissions compliance or its insurance. That is between you, your insurer and the law.

You do not need an account to buy. If you create one, keep the password to yourself — anything done from a signed-in account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Ask and we will close your account. Orders already placed stay on record, because tax law requires it — this is explained in the privacy policy.

We stand behind what we make and sell, and the Consumer Protection Act rights described on the returns page apply in full and cannot be signed away.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses — a missed race, a car off the road, work booked in that could not go ahead. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or anything else that South African law does not permit to be limited.

The photographs, drawings, descriptions and designs on this site belong to Haus of Crumbs. Use them for your own reference freely; do not republish them as your own or use them to sell competing parts.

If that does not settle it, you may take a consumer complaint to the National Consumer Commission or a provincial consumer authority. These terms are governed by South African law.

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The current version is dated 11 September 2026.
